Frankie was turned into the shelter by her owners because the other dogs in the house did not like her.  So this sweet petite little girl was left all alone in a cold kennel.  CTDR was contacted and we immediately donned our Rescue capes and pulled her and brought her into Rescue.  She gets along with all of the dogs in her current foster home and she is fully vetted.  If you are interested in adopting Frankie, please complete an application at ctdr.org.
