Beanie is a bit of a troubled little girl.  She is nervous when meeting new people and stiffens up when we pick her up.  It seems like she wasn’t handled very much in her past life. She also has a bit of a pee pee issue.  We think it is a nervous thing for her.  She leaves little spots all around the house including on the furniture, dog beds and the big bed.  We have had her checked for infections and that was all negative.  She was also treated with a short run of an anti-inflammatory drug in case it was related to inflammation, that didn’t have any lasting benefits.  We think it is just going to take some time for her to settle in and understand what it is like to be loved.
