This handsome little guy came into Rescue this past Friday as an emergency.  One of the local shelters contacted CTDR an the Rescue cape was put on to bring Berkely safely into Rescue.  His owner had surrendered him to a local shelter saying he was "ill? and that he had never taken him to a vet his whole life. Berkely has advanced heartworm disease and has very severe heart issues.  Please check back for future updates on this little guy.
