This sweet young girl was found all alone on the streets on New Years Eve in East Texas.  The finder looked for the owners and had her scanned for a microchip  but had no luck finding her family.   CTDR was contacted and we immediately said we could bring Popcorn into Rescue.  She is scheduled to have all of her vetting done and then she will be ready for a forever home.  If interested in giving Popcorn a new home, please complete an application at ctdr.org.
