Heartworm Prevention is given on the 18th of each month

Alice just arrived into Rescue today after being pulled from a very small town shelter.  The person who pulled her reached out to CTDR to see if we could take her and of course we said yes.  Alice is a very small petite girl weighing only 9.6 lbs.  She is a beautiful black/white silver Merle Dapple.  She has received all of her vaccines and will be spayed and microchipped in the next couple of days.  She sadly, is heartworm positive and will need to go through heartworm treatment.  Please check back on our website for more updates on this little girl.
