Miss Aspen is a beautiful white dachshund/chihuahua mix who has found herself in Rescue after being wandering the streets in North Texas.  She is finishing up her vetting but sadly she has tested positive for those nasty heartworms and will need to go through heartworm treatment before she can be adopted.  She is a friendly girl and gets along with other dogs.  Aspen does need a foster to put her through her treatment so if you are interested in either fostering or adopting Aspen, please complete an application at www.ctdr.org.
