Meet Wilbur, our newest arrival to CTDR.  Wilbur's owner could no longer keep him and reached out to CTDR to ss if we had a spot for him and of course we jumped into action.  Wilbur is a healthy 3.5 year old beautiful black and tan male.  This handsome boy has completed his vetting process and he will be neutered this week and then he is ready for his forever home.  If interested in adopting Wilbur, please complete an application at www.ctdr.org.
