Belle was rescued a couple of years ago by an older lady, Bunny.  Bunny and Belle were a perfect match, but Bunny died recently, so Belle is looking for a new home.  An older person or couple would be the ideal home for Belle.  She would be fine with any family, but I would suggest no small children.  She has never been around small children. Belle is currently at the Hill Country Pet Ranch in Boerne, Texas.  The Pet Ranch owner was related to Belle’s owner, so she is housing Belle until she finds another home.  Boerne is NW of San Antonio.

Belle is a very sweet dog.  A house dog; she is crate trained.  She does become very attached to her owner(s).  Belle was briefly in a multiple dog home where all was fine for awhile.  She got along with the other dogs, got along with other dogs at various doggie play days and outings, but she became a resource guarded and had an issue with one of the other dogs in her house after a few weeks.  Hence she is back at the Hill Country Pet Ranch.  So it would be best if Belle is in an only dog household.
