Scoot is 8 yrs. old, although with the exception of a few grey hairs mixed in his classic red colored coat you would never know it. He has been in foster care for a few days, but so far he is a pretty laid back, fun loving guy.  He’s good in the car (our 1^St meeting was on a 2hr. car ride) he likes walks and is good on the leash. He likes everyone he meets dogs or otherwise. He came into our home which has 2 other doxies and we go to the dog park almost daily. He also LOVES LOVES LOVES to play with toys,  his favorite game being fetch, it doesn’t matter what the toy is, he will bring it to you all day.( he thinks he’s a golden retriever) The only thing Scoot has had a hard time with so far is he likes to show his dominance by mounting other dogs. We’re hoping this habit lessens once he is neutered. He is scheduled to be neutered on August 22, 2013. He would do well in a home where he was the only male animal and also with someone that has a strong throwing arm.
