CTDR saved Astro from a breeder who had scheduled him to be euthanized due to a malformed lower jaw. Even though little Astro may not be "breed standard" per AKC, what he lacks in physical perfection he makes up for in personality and snuggles. He is a little shy in new situations and around men but once he warms up he's a total lovey. He thrives off human companionship and enjoys the company of other dogs. He doesn't quite know what to think about cats and is smart enough not to mess with them. With his shortened lower jaw it takes him a little longer to eat but has adapted well. He is both house trained and crate trained. Astro is looking for the right person who will look past his minor physical imperfections and see that  his beauty lies in his personality.
