Heartworm Prevention is given on the 7th of each month

Gunther is a happy soul and just about as sweet as they come.  He enjoys being by your side  whether  its for walks, car rides or just cuddling on the couch.  He is very easy going and is good with adults and kids.  He seems to prefer the company of small dogs, but is ok in the house with all sizes.  He's very quiet in the house and hardly makes a peep even when the doorbell rings.    He's potty trained and knows how to use the doggy door, he needs to be encouraged to go out when it's wet or cold, but he will do it.  He has not chewed anything that doesn't belong to him, but it's best to not leave any food within his reach as he will investigate and possibly steal it when you are not in the room.  He responds to you pretty well, understands what "no" means and will come inside when called.  He is a medium to low energy type but does enjoy an occasional game of chase and wrestle with our  doxie.  He walks well on a leash and  We can pass a fence with barking dogs with no problems.  He will sleep in his own bed but he definitely prefers to be in bed with you, a true cuddler.  He can use the bed side doggy ramp, and will wake up in the morning with you and have plenty of good morning kisses ready.  Gunther is done with his  heart worm  treatment and is ready to be your best friend.
