Snippet is one of the most beautifully colored “Black and Tan Dapples” I have ever seen. Snippet was an “Owner Surrender” to CTDR. He is a middle aged dachshund (about 9 yrs old). He is a “Tweenie” and weighs about 15-16 pounds. After a few days of confusion Snippet has blossomed into a very loving dog. He gets along with both our male and female dachshunds. He does not like to share his food so should be fed a few feet away from other dogs. He is  an adult and relatively low energy. He enjoys both his doggie bed and the big bed when sleeping. When in the big bed he settles right down to sleep. Snippet is house trained and kennel trained. He is a gentleman and goes right in when asked.  I believe Snippet will be most comfortable in a home that he can share either the couch and big bed with his people. His favorite place is beside his people , but good about staying out of the way and watching , if you are busy.
